SLEEVES

Braided sleeves are cylindrical structures created by braiding fiber such as carbon, aramid and glass fiber in a specific pattern. Their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, durability, and resistance to high temperature, corrosion, and fatigue make them a popular choice in many industries.

Braided sleeves are perfect for creating high-performance products that require both strength and lightweight properties. They also offer excellent protection against harsh conditions, making them an ideal material for a range of applications. Due to it’s unique properties braided sleeves can cover different cross section simply by changing the fiber orientation allowing the sleeves to cover complex shapes to improve mechanical properties.

Braided sleeves produced from fibers with high temperature resistance can be used for thermal protection for hose and pipes.

CARBON SLEEVES

Carbon fiber sleeves are cylindrical structures made of braided carbon fibers. The braiding pattern used to create these sleeves results in a high-strength, lightweight material with exceptional resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and fatigue.

ARAMID SLEEVES

Aramid fiber are heat-resistant and strong synthetic fibers. Due to their exceptional resistance to high temperatures, abrasion, and chemicals, braided aramid sleeves are commonly used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and electronics.

They provide a lightweight and durable solution for a range of applications, including insulation, protection, and reinforcement.

GLASS FIBER SLEEVES

Glass fibers are a type of synthetic fiber made from molten glass that is drawn into very thin strands. Braided glass fiber sleeves are known for their excellent resistance to heat, moisture, and chemicals, making them ideal for applications that require insulation, protection, and reinforcement. Glass fiber sleeves can be customized to meet the specific requirements of each application.
